Roy's Collections: Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our goal is to process and ship your stylish new sunglasses as quickly as possible, which means our window for cancellations is short. Please review the policy below.
1. Cancellation Window and Eligibility
You may cancel your order for a full refund based on the status of your order:
Order Status Eligibility Action
Order Placed / Processing Fully Eligible If your order has not yet been processed for shipment (typically within the first 2 hours of placing the order), we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
Shipped / In Transit Not Eligible Once an order has been picked up by the courier and tracking information is available, it cannot be canceled. At this point, the order is treated as a return. Please wait for the item to arrive and then follow our standard Return Policy procedures.
Custom or Engraved Items Limited Eligibility Orders that include custom engraving or personalization may only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After production begins, these items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately:

Subject Line: The subject line must clearly state "CANCELLATION REQUEST - [Your Order Number]".
In the Body: Please include your full name, the order number, and the reason for cancellation.
3. Refund Processing
If your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment.
The refund typically takes 5-10 business days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We will send you a confirmation email/whatsapp once the refund has been processed by our system.
4. Failed Delivery and Refusal
If you refuse delivery of your order once it has shipped, or if the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address information provided by you, the package will be returned to us.
In such cases, we will treat the refusal/failed delivery as a return. Your refund will be processed minus any original shipping charges and a possible 10% restocking fee to cover processing and administrative costs associated with the failed delivery.
