Roy's Collections: Return & Exchange Policy

At Roy's Collections, we want you to love your new sunglasses. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility Window

You may return or exchange your sunglasses within 3 days of the original delivery date.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the sunglasses must be:

  • Unworn and unused (tried on for fit is acceptable).

  • In the original, undamaged packaging (including the case, cloth, and any tags).

  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (purchase bill/ order id).

Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or have missing components will be returned to the customer, and a refund or exchange will not be issued.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at customer.suppoort@royscollections.com with your order number and the reason for the return or whatsapp us +91 9674515992.

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for sending your item back.

  3. Ship the Item: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Roy's Collections is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Returns for Refund or Exchange: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs will not be refunded.

  • Exchanges (Outgoing): We will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you (one time per order).

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received) or a manufacturing defect, we will provide a pre-paid return label and cover all associated shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within 5–7 business days.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested style or color is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Warranty and Manufacturing Defects

Roy's Collections guarantees its sunglasses against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship (such as peeling lenses, faulty hinges, or issues with frame integrity). It does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidents, drops, or misuse.

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on lenses).

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow the return process outlined in Section 3, specifying "Defective Item."

8. Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

  • A clear unboxing video is required if you claim that the product delivered is wrong, damaged, or defective.

  • The video should clearly show the unopened package, label, and condition of items immediately upon opening.

  • Report any issues within 2 hours of delivery, along with the unboxing video and clear images.

Note: Claims for wrong/damaged products without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
